About Peter

I live in Port Macquarie with my wife Ann-Kathrin and work with clients locally and on the North Coast as well as travelling interstate on coaching assignments.

I was formerly a senior Executive in the Tasmanian Government with a substantial management role and statutory responsibilities in the areas of State Taxation, Liquor Licensing and Gaming Regulation. However, my real interest is in working with people and I strongly believe that coaching is the most effective way to facilitate positive change for people.

I keep myself fit and enjoy cycling, kayaking, music and guitar playing (as an amateur). I read widely and am interested in the psychology of the human brain.

I have been coached myself and so I understand not only the hard work needed but also the benefits and rewards of coaching. I am an Advanced Certified Coach with Results Coaching Systems and a member of the International Coaching Federation. I am also involved in mentoring newly trained coaches.

I am involved with the local community and am President of the Port Macquarie Community College and a member of the Internal Audit Committee of the Port Macquarie Hasting Council.

My Approach to Coaching

I have always enjoyed working with people from all walks of life. I founded the business to enable me to help people achieve full potential in their business, professional or personal lives through coaching.

I work by seeking to unlock the potential of clients to really make a positive change in their lives. I give 100% to my clients and I am very enthusiastic about coaching.

I have been trained by Results Coaching Systems, a Sydney based firm specializing in coach training. The CEO is David Rock who has written widely about coaching and works in Australia and internationally. His books are valuable reading.
