HELPING YOU ACHIEVE SUCCESS THROUGH BUSINESS & EXECUTIVE COACHING

Life Coaching Steps

What is Coaching

"Coaching is all about having someone believe in you and encourage you, about getting valuable feedback, about seeing things from new perspectives and setting your sights on new horizons. Every successful athlete and performer today has a coach of some sort. A coach makes coaching available to anyone wanting to achieve their best, in any field. Coaching is not another 'how to' course. It is a powerful alliance between two people that produces exceptional results." (Results Coaching Systems, 1998)

Coaching is like a synthesis of a mentor to believe in you and help you set bigger goals for yourself... A manager to break down the goals into 'do-able bits'... A personal trainer who will keep you moving along your path and a sports coach to give you feedback to help improve your game. Over time the coach helps the client set goals, provides feedback, perspective, encouragement and new ways of tackling situations. It's like having someone "running alongside you" in life, giving you the extra input and insights that can really make a difference to your success.

Do you have goals in life that you wish you could achieve?  How often have you gone to bed with your head spinning on a problem that you just can't find a solution to? Have you then experienced getting clarity on a problem just by talking about it?

Coaching is a wonderful way to have someone help you sort out the important things. We often have so much going on in our heads it's difficult to know where to start on tackling issues. A coach will help you sort this out by working with you and helping you decide what’s important in your life and work. You will be inspired by setting priority goals.

A coach can also be a great sounding board to work ideas around with, as the coach is independent and does not have any vested interests in your business.

The coaching method I use has a proven methodology with a structure that really works. The time commitment is known up front and ensures that you spend at least one hour each week focussing on your business and goals.
